摘要：【中文摘要】 食品冷鏈的發展直接關系到人們的生活健康,為確保食品安全,必須要加強食品冷鏈物流的建設及管理。本文s*先介紹了食品安全與冷鏈物流的關系,指出了建設食品冷鏈物流的必要性和重要性;其次,通過對發達國家食品冷鏈物流的發展經驗與我國食品冷鏈物流的發展現狀進行分析比較,指出了我國在食品冷鏈物流發展中存在的問題,并提出了我國食品冷鏈物流的發展策略。 【英文摘要】 The development of food cold chain directly concerns people's life and health.In order to ensure safety of food,China should enhance the development and the scientific management of food cold chain.First,the paper introduces the relation of food safety and cold chain logistics,and points out the necessity and the importance of building food cold chain logistics.Then,through comparing the development experiences of food cold chain logistics in developed countries with the present situation of food cold chain logistics in China, it analyses the existing problem which lies in the development of food cold chain logistics and suggests the development strategies of food cold chain logistics in China. 【中文關鍵詞】 食品; 冷鏈; 物流; 現狀; 策略【英文關鍵詞】 food; cold chain; logistics; current situation; strategy
