循環水系統操作費用的優化研究

摘要:【中文摘要】 建立了循環水系統操作費用模型,討論了各種因素對循環水系統運行費用的影響規律。干球溫度,空氣相對濕度,冷卻塔鼓風量等因素的變化直接影響循環水出塔溫度,而出塔溫度的變化對系統的循環水量具有很大的影響,如從28℃增加到30℃時,循環水量增加20%左右,輸送費用也會相應地增加。昆明地區,冬季循環水出塔溫度為22.5℃時,操作費用z*低,而夏季循環水出塔溫度為27.5℃時,操作費用z*低,另外,水價,電價不同也會影響系統z*佳出塔溫度選取。因此,相同的系統在不同的季節,不同的地區,具有不同的z*佳操作參數。 【英文摘要】 A operational cost model of circulating water system was established in this paper,some important influent factors and their influent behavior were discussed.The temperature of leaving tower is directly affected by changes of the factors such as dry bulb temperature,related humidity,air volume of tower and so on,and the temperature change of leaving tower obviously affects on flowrate of cooling water,for example,when the temperature increases from 28 to 30℃,flowrate increases by 20 percent,the cost of transportation increases,too.In Kunming area,when the temperature of leaving tower is 22.5℃ in winter and is 27.5℃ in summer,the operational cost is minimal.In addition,different water price and electricity price would affect the choice of optimal temperature of leaving tower.Therefore,the same system behaves different operation performance in different seasons and regions. 【中文關鍵詞】 循環水系統; 經濟模型; 優化; 操作費用【英文關鍵詞】 circulating water system; economic model; optimization; operation cost
